so far very good for what it does
they have been Helpful with there apps. Helping me communicate with my customers and helping to track there Goods
I used this app for one page return. i am using this it is very for customer return .This app solve my problem.

They helped me very quick and didn't bother to awnser all my questions! 5 stars, I can contact them whenever I want 24/7.
Customer service is awesome! I also like that this app takes away a lot of the back and forth correspondence involved with normal returns. It saves you time. A future standard (instead of premium) feature, if possible, would be that AfterShip Returns would add a returned item back to inventory via it's shopify integration. Right now after resolving a ticket, you have to manually go and issue the refund and add the product return back into inventory. This seems like a standard feature, not a premium. I'd also like to have the premium feature of customers getting to manually exchange for in stock items of their choice during the return process. Right now it's also a premium feature. As a small brand, I just can't afford so many apps at premium tier.

If you have a Shopify Plus account then you can use the Gift card option to issue a refund.
We do keep track of the requests by our users and we will make it more feasible.

These guy's business sense seems to be way out. Paying $799 for over 100 returns seems more like a joke. Will uninstall all aftership apps.

it is crazy, they offered free now too much monthly fees, not worth at all..going to uninstall now.
I was in love with this app but sadly they are discontinuing this one and make you pay a lot for a new one which is worse and more complicated. Very disappointing. I will look for another app
I've installed this app few days ago and I had a few questions to customer service. They respond quickly in chat and also offered a voice call. Was very helpful, I got answers to my questions. Thanks!
