We are a start up store and found this app and the immediate customer assistance to be quite valuable! Thank you for putting customers first!

Priyanka has helped me twice over the past two days making sure I have all the details and how to operate! She even had me join a google meet so she could look at my screen to see what was wrong.

So far soo good! I had a couple quick questions, the live chat customer service was very helpful. The app was a breeze to set up, and I can't wait to see how it works in a month or so. :)

I have just started a new web store and decided to put the returns into action even though I haven't had any returns yet I can say that the application is super easy to use and setup - tested to see how the function works and very nice transitions for an easy return for any user going forward with the transaction.

Great user interface and customer service. Aftership Returns Center has allowed us to manage our return and exchange as well as refund policy in a seamless way.

The setup takes a while, but I am quite pleased with the customer service. They have all been polite and helpful!
