Good and useful for our business to know hows customers feeling about our products
The support is one of the worst I've seen so far for a Shopify app. They seem to not be able to understand my questions. The 3 stars are for the interfaces. It looks prettier than another app that I was considering. As far as capabilities, it's just ok. I still have to do a lot of work on my end, but at least it makes the return process easier for my customers.

Easy to set up and support is fast and quick! I just wish the free version came with more than 3 returns a month. overall recommend. seems like a great addition for your store!

Pretty easy to set up. Haven’t started running yet so we will see how smooth it goes. I’m hoping it makes it a pretty easy process

Great App, delivers a seamless link to our store and gives customers the confidence they need to give safe returns. I'm sure it'll work across manny business types.
Now this app has gone upto $40 for 4-20 returns it doesnt make financial sense to keep it running in our store. such a shame as it had the basics for returns to be organised easily.
