Returns center by aftership really makes dealing with returns seemless. A lot of times customers who visit the stores may not understand the refund policy but the quick summary that is provided via returns center really helps with that. And processing the returns is almost effortless.
It sounds like a good idea on paper, but the link they want me to use goes nowhere. Maybe if I wait the 48-72 hours?
So many advertising in the app, !!! they are trying to convince you to use others products, didn't like it all

This app is actually really good. Must use. Free plan also available. anyone with up and coming business should really use it.
Great customer service and very responsive help with getting the app set up! I had a couple of hiccups getting set up and Nalinee was very helpful in getting on a call to help me!
We were looking for a quick solution to automatized our return process, (we used a google sheet) this app is a time savior! Thank you!
Customers were not getting approval/ denial emails and we were not getting emails letting us know that customers submitted a return request. The app kept crashing and would not even open. Extremely unhelpful and wasted our time. Caused more headache than cure.
App is pretty intuitive and even if you had questions, Support was very responsive and quick to help! Would recommend.
