nice app would be nice if you guys include or make another option for terms & conditions.

I am rating this a 1 star pending a reply to my emails from the app developer. Have sent two emails over the past 6 days and not a single reply. The banner at the top of my app keeps begging for feedback, so here it is. When can someone assist me and reply to my emails?
verry nice app, usefull and and you fixed the one thing i disliked about it or you will fix it anyway

$200 extra just for shopify auto restock.... come on...
Nalinee was very helpful and attentive though. But $200 just for the automatic restock in shopify is too much.

The app is only a one way integration and isn't designed to automate the entire exchanges process. It doesn't adjust Inventory or generate a new order in Shopify to send the replacement product if a customer chooses to exchange. It doesn't save me any time as I still have to process the return manually in my back end (Generate a return and new Order in my system). I did email customer support and they were very quick to get back to me.
