The app has a very easy setup, I had issues with the logo sizing but otherwise, everything was great.
App was easy to use but would be better if I could add the find order section to my own web page like the tracking button.
So far so good, only thing that there are no different themes available rather than only one where it is very difficult to add company's logo as per dimensions requests. Customer service is perfect!

Looks good. I am a new user. I am still trying to figure out how it works. Some options like customize the returns are useful.

The app is good it's efficient and saves time because it provides a ton of services so I don't have to use a lot of apps. The service is good. I just think it's faster during the day. I always do work late at night and early morning so it's a bit slow but not horrible.

A bit difficult to learn at first, however it is the best option for automated returns in the US in my opinion.
