Working great so far, just started using the app and customer service was extremely helpful in getting us setup.
I used this app to create an RMA process for my shop. It was pretty easy to set up, especially with image size requirements listed on the set up page. One feature that was missing is the ability to preview the customized return page without submitting a test return. Also, for plans with limited returns, it would be good to be able to have test returns not count against the monthly total, not an issue for me at this moment since it is nearly the end of the month, but could cause issues for another shop.
This will save me a lot of time and money. The ux for the customer is great and it makes it easy for my business to keep track of everything.

Super easy set up and plenty of customizations for the return page. I have used multiple apps of this brand and they all work seamlessly with each other and other apps! The customer service is also very prompt and patient. So definitely recommend!

Setup is difficult. They promote to leave a review over setup which is frustrating. Will update after I figure this out.

Great app to easily manage your returns and take the pressure of customer service emails. Support is a tad slow and service operators change mid enquiry which is frustrating.
