Setup was pretty complex but support helped us out all the way through.
After 2 weeks of tweaking, we are happy with the finished product.
Told us it could do certain features, kept telling us it's possible and we kept trying to make it work. Finally they spent time with their team and realised they were giving us the wrong information.
Wasted our time and energy.

This was great! I tried using Loop and they were missing so many features it was really tough to use. I set this up in a day and is a no brainer. I highly recommend.
Great customer Service. I reached out via chat and got some really good information but still i needed more help and they offered to get on a Zoom meeting with me to identify the issue. They did a great job troubleshooting my problem. Thank you and Neha was great. I hope you end up dealing with her. Very helpful
This app is very expensive. $400 per month if you want the app to be usable. We cannot use this app for this reason. We reached out on chat with no response. We are choosing a new app

Many of our customers are happily using the AfterShip Essentials 60 monthly plan for $23 and we'd recommend you go for that option since only for 1-3 returns monthly.
More return routing & zones are available on our higher plans considering that merchants who have higher returns will comparatively require more options to manage their returns.
Our records show that our team responded promptly to your inquiry with the correct details as you requested and also emailed you the transcript of the conversation, which you will find in your registered email inbox.
We are open to feedback and encourage it so that we can improve our support and services. We'd also want our customers to share unbiased details to help us help you better.

Good, not great. There are some UX issues that make it occasionally buggy but the CS team is always very responsive and helpful.
