AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

very handy app, just getting to grips with it. Helpful support along the way, should help to streamline the return process, looking forward to it!

AfterShip was exactly what we were looking for. Returns are the most difficult part of an e-commerce business. We were happy to find the right platform to simplify this process, save us time and money.

Customers were not getting approval/ denial emails and we were not getting emails letting us know that customers submitted a return request. The app kept crashing and would not even open. Extremely unhelpful and wasted our time. Caused more headache than cure.
