This is a great app, very useful and easy to use

I spoke with Sanjeet and the other ones before and I really love how they assist so quickly. They have upgraded so fast too... thank you so much!

The app is great at keeping track of valuable information to follow up with customer returns and shipping.

Have been using this return app for a few years now. Easy to install and set up your return page & return rules. It saves time by allowing customers to fill in their requests on their own. Things can be automated. They also have some label generation capacities, but I have not been using this option it as this is more US oriented service.

Would definitely recommend

Was trying to add more seats and ran into user errors (eg I made mistakes). Support was great and incredibly helpful. They undid my mistakes and then via screen share helped be complete the seat additions. BTW - we love this app as it has made our returns process much more effecient and customer friendly.
