The app is good it's efficient and saves time because it provides a ton of services so I don't have to use a lot of apps. The service is good. I just think it's faster during the day. I always do work late at night and early morning so it's a bit slow but not horrible.

Awesome app. Easy install. Was struggling with customer product receipt inquiries. Just so grateful for this. Now my time can be spent building my business instead performing this type of customer service. I definitely recommend this app to Shopify store owners. Thank you guys
