Great, and very quick customer service. Very friendly and supportive team. Would highly recommend AfterShip for simplifying international returns :)
Amazing app. Very easy to use. The refund ad exchange process is very good. Even the return form is fully customisable.
Good about this app:
1. have own subdomain URL for the return page
2. Absolutely free!
3. Easy to follow instructions for customer
4. Providing a link for return on shop gives customer more confidence when making a purchase decision.
Suggestion:
1. Provide a place for the customer to submit returning item shipment track number.
2. Good to have exchange instruction template.
The app looks great, with lots of great functionality including the ability for green returns, which is a massive USP. Love it
