The five star rating is for the customer support. The customer support is very good and Moazzam was able to help me quickly and easily. I haven't had a chance to really use the app much yet... just getting it set up.

Very useful app. We use it to create the RMA # and get the reason for return for each customer, who sends the email request. Even if we do not send the return label,( because do not request the return, just send the replacement), we finally have all complaints in one place and nicely organized.
