FREE??!? This app is amazing! Love how easy it makes it for me and my customers to handle returns. Amazing functionality, even for a paid app. So happy with AfterShip!

Struggled with support at first over the weekend, but they got back to me and we very apologetic and responded promptly to help solve our problem. I really appreciate their help and attention to the matter.

does what it is supposed to. The only feature is can't seem to change the return email at bottom of page

Great and quick customer service. Helps us keep track of returns and automates the process. We have been using it for a couple of months now and are very happy.

When the app works it's fantastic; when it doesn't work it is difficult to get consistent help on the chat app. I find that you get passed through a couple of different chat operators through out the course of a conversation, personally I find I spend more time re-explaining my problem to all the reps then actually getting an end result.

My customer support agent was very patient with me even though I had no idea what I was doing. He stayed with me and helped until the problem was resolved.

The process is seamless for the customer and is quick and easy. Makes the process much easier for me and I love it.

App we started using not that long ago, and we are pretty satisfied for now with the automation of emails and really good and quick chat support!
