You never know how much you need chat support until you have a brain fart like i did. i deleted the app by mistake and when i got it back it was telling me to pay..... i was like but i didnt even return anything. started to panic but Nitesh helped with no problem. almost like helping me made his day a little bit better. I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.

I like this app. It makes it very easy to request a return/exchange. They are very helpful in the "chat" feature, and they take their time answering all of your questions.
