I have tried for a few weeks now to get the returns to work and many employees say they will help and don’t actually help. I’ve used this app for a year and unfortunately I will no longer use them for the horrible customer service and not being able to help and provide aSolution.

Great to help organize any returns or exchanges. I hope they will continue to increase the fluidity and layout of the app. I would recommend anyone on shopify to add this on

Really easy to use and great layout/design for the return page. Also, the support team is amazing! Really helpful and happy to answer all your questions.

So far the app is easy to setup - in SOME ways - and the customer supposrt is initially very responsive... but then they take forEVER to answer questions, frequently do not understand the questions in the first place, frequently do not READ the questions properly, and need to send very simple requests such as "cancel my subscription" to another "team". Customer service requests go round and round and round and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Definitely considering looking for another option as soon as I can get one setup.

Es una aplicacion facil i intuitiva, no carga tu tienda porque va con enlaces a sus paneles. Y ademas si no tienes devoluciones es gratis.

i like the app it works well for me and keeps customers happy. if still think there could be some changes to make it better but i still use it. Thanks

The app works BUT there is a bug in the system and the developers have yet to resolve it which is frustrating..Issue-customer submits return for approval- dashboard will show you have 0 pending returns to approve. You will only become aware that you have pending approvals if a) an irate customer calls you to ask why you haven't approved their return or b) you add "check the pending approvals folder for returns" to the long list of things you have to do to manage your business. Ridiculous- these notifications should be pushed automatically (which used to happen) please fix this!!

I have no idea why this app had 844 reviews, i can only say something is really fishy.

There is no way an app this weak to get this amount of reviews. They work with votes to implement a basic idea, however some votes only have 2 votes and they added them lol...

We have spent over 16 hours of work just to get going and finally the thing that made us uninstall this app is the basic features that arent there and that our customers cannot respond to the automated emails. there is no way this app has 1000 customers so i dont understand how they got this amount of reviews. im thinking more like 12 people are using this app.

Customer service is super slow and unresponsive.

I truly believe someone in the market will come up with a really good return management system,
