Nalinee was really quick to respond and helpful in walking us through the features of the app. Great support.
Just getting set up but so far they've been very helpful with answering my questions and getting the app customized.

The app UI is poorly designed and confusing with settings in unintuitive places. From the first day I installed the app and asked a couple of basic questions I was hassled for a review, which tells me why they have so many reviews as people are not sharing their genuine experience. The support is always available but they are poorly trained and don't explain their complex app properly. They do the bare minimum and don't look for a way to help solve your problem. We have multiple brands with different return locations. Unless we choose the premium plan (expensive plan) we cant update customers with customised notifications. And if we did want to set it up (on premium plan) its a complicated confusing mess to configure. And they showed no interest in supporting me to do it. I'll find a different app.

It seems to be a quite mature return app. hope your team can add one feature: - let customer choose refund and exchange at the same time in the same order
- limit customer from applying several return requests per "item"

This review is for my previous experience with someone else:
I just had my demo, it was very helpful and answered most of my questions. I think this app is user friendly (especially for first time store owners). They are working on enabling more features, like calculating estimated shipping costs for returns, which will be a huge plus for the future.
However, I will say my demo experience was a little off-putting. After my demo, I was asked to write a review for a discount (which I wrote honestly above). I was asked why I did not rate this app 5 stars and I simply explained it was because a feature that I was hoping to use is not available yet. He said ok and goodbye and I was no longer offered the discount.
