Great experience so far! Works like a charm and the customer service rocks! Definitely a MUST HAVE APP!!
Really nice app for a better overview. Made the work with all returnes a lot easier for us and the customers!
The app is not marking the actual orders as returned or being in process for return, and that causing a lot of problems for accounting and customer service!
The support is not working on the weekends and they need a very long time to fix anything!
be careful if you have a large number of transactions.

Customer support is very helpful. Needed to change the name of my doimain without upgrading my plan to include SSL. Customer support showed me where to go to change the short name and saved me money!

App was easy to use but would be better if I could add the find order section to my own web page like the tracking button.

Unfortunately the app can't translate properly to danish. It has some large translation issues. Otherwise it works great, but we can't use it because of the translation issues.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't find the translation correct. I would like to inform you that we are picking the transliteration from Google translator.
We've already started working hard to correct the translations and once it will be done, we'll update you too.
