Awesome App, great costumer support! Helped a lot with our returns making them a lot easier to handle.

I used the app to manage returns. I just install it and is working very well. The customer service is perfect, really helpful and quick.
An update: I had a doubt about a request of return, and the customer service helped me again in few minutes. Very kind and professional.

So far I am LOVING AfterShip. I've only had it for a few weeks now but it really does simplify the return process. So much quicker and easier than handling it on my own. A great app that I recommend to anyone who accepts returns.
