Pretty handy App. Keep up the good work!
Fairly easy to set up - a few things weren't immediately obvious but were resolved quickly. This will make the returns process much easier!

This app has been a life saver. It is not the most intuitive to set up and can be a bit wonky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works great .

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.
Hello, thank you for your review ;) In our returns center, Shopify Plus users can issue gift card directly to customers, need to do some manual setup first. This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.

We have not received any actual returns yet, but wanted to write a review about the app in general for now (will update after we experience a return). Really like how we can customize, it looks great! And the support is awesome if you need any assistance!

The DNS changes are certainly not straight forward but eventually got it sorted. I have nothing more to add just filling up the 100 word minimum
Have switched over from Return magic. It is similar, but i believe it works better from the customer side. we are still working out some little issues as we are new to it. ive had to ask customer support for help a few times, but they always answer very quickly, and have helped my issues. 5 star once i figure it all out.

This app is very helpful.
The setup is a little bit difficult, maybe tutorials would be great.
it would be even better if we could chose another language (french).
