A bit difficult to learn at first, however it is the best option for automated returns in the US in my opinion.

They have flexible pricing packages for any store level. That helps give it a shot and understand how resourceful this tool can become.

:D So far so good. Very easy to set up and helps the my tiny little boutique drop ship Shopify store look and feel more professional.

Customer support was very patient and understanding with complex queries. Have not tested it on the website, however, will provide updates once I see success with returns.
