Happy with the app. Some aspects of it are not the most intuitive but customer service is very responsive so easy enough to get it worked out. Would recommend.

Just installed it but it was quick and easy to set up. CS was helpful too! Only 4 stars because I haven't yet had customers use it.

The app is good it's efficient and saves time because it provides a ton of services so I don't have to use a lot of apps. The service is good. I just think it's faster during the day. I always do work late at night and early morning so it's a bit slow but not horrible.

Its a very good app although the pricing is a bit too high, and i would accept 5-8$ dollar range anythign higher is a bit crazy but this app is good, but customer service is good.

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.
First, please accept our apology for the experience you had.
It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and facing an issue with the return button via mobile. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.
