Great app. It has provided our customers with a great customer experience and at the same time has significantly reduced the time we spend processing returns.
It says there's a free plan available, but after downloading the app I'm being forced to select a "7 day free trial" through a pop up that just won't disappear.
It is unfortunate to know that we did not meet your expectations.

I'm still trying to get this app to work with my store. Sent a request for help and am not sure what I'm missing. Happy to give a better review once it works.
Amazing app, 100% necessary to simplify the returns process and experience. Aditi from the support team was very helpful in removing the AfterShip branding for free
L'application est parfaite, il manque toutefois la gestion des complète des traductions et plus de choix d'intégration de transporteurs pour la génération d'étiquettes

The app is extremely complete, and they offer support 24/7. We use Aftership only for returns and they jumped on a call with us via google meet and helped us set it up.
A great app! Ive always wanted to have a return page for my customers and this app made it seamless. Not to mention how fast and swift the customer service was. Highly recommend.
I did not get to use the App as yet however Shubham walked me through the set up and I couldn't have done it without him. I'm looking forward to using this App and the its functionalities...
Priyanka has helped me twice over the past two days making sure I have all the details and how to operate! She even had me join a google meet so she could look at my screen to see what was wrong.
