I can't say enough good things about the "Aftership Returns" app, and the exceptional support I received from Moazzam just took it to another level!

While I haven't been actively using the app, it's reassuring to see that it remains functional and effective. It speaks to the app's stability and commitment to providing a consistent service.

Great customer service and very responsive help with getting the app set up! I had a couple of hiccups getting set up and Nalinee was very helpful in getting on a call to help me!

Signed up for a trial of AfterShip Returns. Their website and help docs indicate Royal Mail returns ARE possible but only after support chat is it made clear this is for Enterprise only. I have no idea why this isn't stated anywhere. Just a sentence would suffice. An afternoon wasted. Thanks folks!
