Amazing support. I had a few questions regarding setting up the return labels and had help right away and they even jumped on a google meeting to make the explanation much easier! Definitely use!

This app seems amazing. However setting up has not been user friendly. help page is missing a lot of topics and links.

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.
