Very easy to set up! Just did my first return and it was seamless. I also appreciate that there's a free plan option to get started.
This APP is definitely helpful to get returns organized and also making sure our customers end up happy customers. It was very easy to set up and easy for me to understand it.
Was trying to add more seats and ran into user errors (eg I made mistakes). Support was great and incredibly helpful. They undid my mistakes and then via screen share helped be complete the seat additions. BTW - we love this app as it has made our returns process much more effecient and customer friendly.
