The description stated the free plan allows 5 returns per month. The free plan on the app itself states 3.

Good app but some functionality is frozen until a review has been left... Other then that it is alright....

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.

Have been running this app for a couple weeks now. No issues, fairly streamlined. The only suggestion we have is to add an option for customs docs. All of our returns come back to Canada (From the US) and require custom documentation - would be helpful for the app to generate this or at least allow you to upload a second file for customs docs.

1. Would be good if this was linked to original order so shows on order page as returned.
2. Could do with a manual returns page so a return can be set up by seller for customer (So customer service can do it if customer phones up)
