Very easy to setup and use. Definitely user friendly. I use the free plan for now but will definitely upgrade if needed.

Love this app! Works great. We do wish that on the admin side we could create returns for our customers ourselves, and in doing so, it would bypass the eligibility rules that we have setup. Example: Customer buys a "Final Sale" item which is unable to be returned. Customer receives the item but it is damaged on arrival. We agree to accept a return and pay for return shipping. When we go to create the return for the customer, currently, we have to go into settings remove the "final-sale" tag under "ineligible product tags" in order for the system to allow the return, and once the return is processed, re-add the tag back so other customers cant return the same items. I wish the system was smart enough to know the admin can bypass all rules! Other than that this app is great.

great app, easy to organize everything. we are now able to keep track of everyone who is not happy with the product and wants to exchange or return the item.
