I really like how easy everything feels now that the returns are centralized. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process and saves a lot of time. What really makes it stand out though is the customer service. Every time I have a question or need a hand, the team steps in with real attention and patience. It feels like they actually want to help, and that makes a huge difference.
Makes the return/exchange process super easy and automated and it pays for itself in retained revenue. Also customer service is exceptional!
UPDATE: Its been around a month since installing still not a single return complete, maybe Im just having an unlucky experience with them but it shouldnt take this long to fix the problem, I would be hesitant about signing up.
ZERO SUPPORT, waited a week, multiple cancellations on support calls, then they hook me up with a sales guy that cant do anything for me, would avoid.
