We have been using Aftership for years howvere, features needed for reports that used to be offered have been put behind upgraded paywalls. Additionally, the app will sometimes not load at all and will need to be restarted multiple times.

Customer service does respond fairly quickly.

Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.

The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years.

We LOVE AfterShip! Dhanush was fantastic to work with. He helped us quickly resolve some issues between AfterShip Returns and Shopify, and the turnaround was much faster than I expected. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. His guidance made a big difference, and I really appreciated how smoothly he helped get everything sorted out.
