If a customer wants to return more than one item from an order, they have to get more than one return authorization. 10 items to return they need to complete 10 RA's with 10 RA numbers. Even worse was live support. Rep said he wasn't familiar with the app I was inquiring about and told me I would have to wait for someone to get back to me. I wouldn't recommend staying away from this one.
When exchanging a product there is no way for a customer to indicate what he wants to exchange it for
Hard to set up. Confusing. Expensive. Good luck trying to sort your returns the sort function doesn't even work. I have contacted them 4 times to get if fixed but they have no interest in helping their current customers.
Endless Bugs, we stopped counting because there were too many, obviously not a beta product.
Poor User Experience.
This app is basically an excel file. The developer obviously never 'used' or tested the app.
