Super helpful team who are very accommodating to any change requests we put forward to them. Easy to set up and customize as you please. Only thing is, we wish we could add comments when approving or declining return requests on the back end for other staff to see.

Really liked this app. It's a Self-serve branded portal for customers to place return requests. We could track all return requests from a single dashboard and filter the same. Also the 24*7 support was awesome.

Been running my online store for 3 years now and returns were always the biggest headache. Tried a bunch of different apps but nothing really clicked until I found ClickPost Returns Plus.
Setup took maybe 10 minutes? Super straightforward. My customers can now start returns without emailing me constantly (huge relief!). The dashboard actually makes sense - I can see what's happening at a glance. Works perfectly with my existing shipping setup.
Before this app, I was spending like 2-3 hours every day just dealing with return requests. Now it's maybe 15 minutes to check the dashboard and handle any edge cases. My customers are way happier too because they get instant updates instead of waiting for me to respond to emails.
The customer self-service portal is clean and easy to use. Return tracking is spot on - no more "where's my return?" emails. Analytics help me understand why people are returning stuff. Support team actually knows what they're talking about (rare these days!).
Could use a few more customization options for the return form and a mobile app would be nice but the web version works fine.
