DRIP: Sell Returns & Open Box

As a clothing retailer we have struggled to find a viable way to list our returns at a deal price, separate them from the original SKU and list them at a discounted price. This app has provided the solution, it literally takes seconds to list the item, pushing them through to our sale section and then delisting the item when it sells.

Great app. Developer was very helpful in sorting out some template/display issues initially. Returned items used to sit on my desk for a month or more before getting around to listing on ebay or elsewhere. Now, I can get them listed on our own website in just minutes. Haven't tried the "drip" feature, but our fixed-discount approach to pricing open-box items has worked just fine with the app.

It is working well for us. There was an issue with our particular theme and the team made sure it worked properly for us.

For its purpose it simply works and the customer service is excellent.

This app has helped us take what had required a lot of manual work (time) and automated it. Not only that, but it has helped us increase how quickly we can sell our returned items as well. Great app. Our returns never seem to have the packaging right and sometimes products are slightly dirty due to being used in the field. All that means we can't sell exactly as new, but still have 5 year warranty and fine.
Once the app was installed, it's very easy and our products with traffic sell pretty quick.
One by one, our box of returns went away. We literally sold a few with damage, we just rated it that way, described the damage and put up a photo of it. That was money we would have thrown away. We'll use this as needed, glad to have it.

It took my developer less than 5 minutes to install, but I thought it was totally automated. Otherwise, no complaints.
Perfect for us, as we get some items back that have been slightly used. We used to pile them up and hope to sell them at an event, we don't have a physical store to liquidate. This app makes it really easy to sell any return in any condition. Really well laid out and easy.
I also like that it removes it from the product list in shopify, makes it clean.
Highly recommend if you get returns that can't be sold as new!
