I like the simplistic dashboard and how things are organized. ReturnX is a great choice for brands that are growing rapidly and want to smoothen our return process, then this app is perfect!
This app is amazing and the support is excellent. We required a better way to carry out our Customer shipping returns and these guys built the customized return flow in less than a week. The return portal looks decent and highly configurable. We were having problem with return zap earlier which was carefully done by the team.

We had some issues in the beginning but we figured out gradually. The customer support is great. Yash and his team always give us priority support and we are able to save 80% of the time we wasted doing returns manually. The team’s ability to provide customization is great.
