Na dodatek, po całym tym wysiłku, klient musi jeszcze ręcznie zgłosić zwrot, aby otrzymać etykietę – co często zostaje przez nich pominięte, generując nam dodatkową pracę.

Obniżenie abonamentu spowodowało wyłącznie automatycznej akceptacji zwrotów i automatyczne tworzenie etykiet. Pomimo, że ta funkcjonalność jest w planie Growth. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po zmianie planu – bez jakiegokolwiek ostrzeżenia od twórców i niezgodnie z ich własną ofertą. W efekcie, musieliśmy akceptować zwroty ręcznie i samodzielnie tworzyć etykiety, co doprowadziło do zaległości i negatywnych opinii od mniej cierpliwych klientów.
