Great app. It is perfect for what we need. And the support from David is brilliant. Highly recommended.
The app is easy to use and our customers find the process beneficial. We are always informed of the new features and our contact David is only an email away when we need assistance.

We'd been looking for a simple to use app that would make dealing with returns super-easy. After much searching we found ReturnZap.
We don't process a high number of returns but it was important for us to find an app that would integrate with Royal Mail (many returns apps don't) & Fedex, and it had to be cost effective and easy to setup and manage.
ReturnZap ticked all these boxes and more.
Initially a bit tricky to set up, but the help & support from David has been excellent. We're now all set up, and viewing/approving returns is now so much simpler for us and, more importantly, our customers!
This is ridiculous, this app definitely deserves more reviews, 5-star reviews, for sure! This app is incredible. My customers are able to return seamlessly, it creates a prepaid label and I can track every step of the way. No other app does this so well. Keep up the good work Anthony!
The app is more useful than before we used. Customers can purchase their own return labels for automatic returns. They don't need to spend time waiting for the seller to approve the return request, which optimizes our returns process. So we highly recommend this APP to all merchants who need it.
I was looking for an app that was straightforward to use, reliable, and does the fundamentals well before anything else. This app achieved it, and most important of all support is great at helping you iron out any wrinkles specific to your own circumstance and getting you up to speed quickly.
The app is very easy to install, manage, and use. Fits our needs perfectly and gives us flexibility to add and adjust functionality as we grow.
This is exactly what we needed to process replacements. Lots of features, not not overwhelming to set up and very easy for the customer to understand. Anthony was so helpful and stayed on the phone while we set everything up. He even helped us diagnose an error message with UPS and fixed it. We are up and running within a day!
David was awesome to work with getting it set up. It fits well with our work flows and is easy for the team to use
