We've been on an almost year long journey with ReturnZap. We've definitely run into some issues along the way but that's the honest process with every app. The big difference maker is that David has provided consistent, fast, and reliable support. He's been professional, prompt, and continues to provide solutions. Every problem has been solved and he's gone out of his way to dig into each one, understand it, and provide great resolution. Not only has he provided amazing support for the app but has also helped us understand more of our shipping processes. This is exactly what you hope for when installing an app. We love using it, it saves us a massive amount of time, and we have complete confidence in it.

The onboarding process was great and handled by the CEO, David. We went live only after everything was configured as we wanted. The out-of-the-box functionality meets most, if not all, of our needs. And for processes that couldn't at the time, have already been addressed through feature updates (which are frequent) or backend configuration by the ReturnZap team.
