I have nothing but great things to say about ReturnZap so far! It's nearly impossible to find a good returns app these days, let alone one that works well with Shopify. This app allows our customers to purchase return labels directly through the portal, and also offers seamless exchange options.

It provides everything we've been searching for and more, and the support has been fantastic as well.

ReturnZap has transformed the way we do our returns and we have saved a lot of money in not having to employ someone to process returns. It is really easy to use, takes all the hassle out of returns and is very flexible eg exchanges.
The more you use it, the more you see how carefully it has been thought out. One small example is the way it saves stock if there is an exchange - previously, people would ask for an exchange and by the time, the original product arrived back, it would have sold out.
