I'm having issues with my app not updating with the most recent information. Customer service won't respond to my inquiries.

So far .. so good. It's great to be able to merge multiple client records on Shopify, into a single client record on Revamp CRM. Now I can clearly see who my Top clients are.

Extremely useful, great oversights and a powerhouse for b2b customer management. Revamp staff have been incredibly timely in their responses and bug fixes. It is a breath of fresh air to work with such a great team!

I am currently in a trial period and i will definitely be getting the paid version. I really wanted a CRM that works with my shopify customers and their purchases. I am able to target people based one what they purchased and i can see an overview of my client's history. It really is a good blend of a CRM and Newsletter system.

With anything new, there are plenty of questions. I had the pleasure to work with Marina with their support team. She was there with live chat and was able to quickly answer my questions.

If you are a Shopify driven business on a budget, this product is a great solution!

BEWARE!!

We were looking for a reliable CRM system, BUT we never even got to trial the app properly as there was too many problems and bugs and the customer service is terrible and non existant (apart from snotty mails).
Since deleting the app we are getting 10 mails per hour and we have requested to be removed from their list but no reply and the harassment continues (no surprise).

Software seems good for what I was looking for but customer support is horrendous. Only available via email with same cookie cutter response to schedule a demo to go over questions. I booked a demo 3 times at a specific timeslot and no one from the revamp team contacted me to do the demo. I have officially given up trying to use them.

For a B2B wholesale store it has potential. The support is terrible. Do not try ot contact them through the in app chat as they suggest. Your fastest route will be where your app admin page is. Click on the link associated with support there and hopefully the response times are sooner. The plus to that is shopify is aware that you asked for support and they are pressed to respond in a reasonable amount of time. Their contact import feature is not a smooth process when imported via CSV file. This is tough because importing contacts is critical and if you input wrong you can spend hours removing! It turns into a nightmare

Great CRM but had lots of trouble using on the Mac. Outdated interface and glitches made it unusable with multiple browsers. Did email support only to get an automated response then no reply back.

Disappointed to have to rate this app one star but when I hooked up the Mailchimp integration (in addition to my store) it duplicated all the contacts from the Mailchimp list, making the application worthless. When I reached out for help, no response. I wish Shopify would do a better job of screening these app developers. Can't use apps that are not adequately supported. It is a shame because the app looks like it is quite robust for the investment.
