Cross Healthcare Services SCM

For a B2B wholesale store it has great potential. They have many tutorials which is a good thing. I dont mind trying to learn at my pace. Like with other CRM learning to use it is the big question. At this moment this app has limited customer support. You could only reach them by email. They do no respond to chat requests located in the app itself. I decided not to use the free trial and pay right away. Unfortunately many features are still locked. Certain integrations like email have become impossible. They are competing in a crowed CRM space and the big guys provide fast customer support. When your CRM is not functioning correctly it gets really bad really fast.

So far .. so good. It's great to be able to merge multiple client records on Shopify, into a single client record on Revamp CRM. Now I can clearly see who my Top clients are.
