They have taken the time to create 3 essential e-mail engagement marketing campaigns to interact with new leads to encourage them to buy, new customers to encourage them to buy again and the database in general to keep them engaged.

They also provide tools that measure the value of each customer relationship, understand the monetary contribution of your database and the frequency with which customers are purchasing.

This is all based on the Pareto Principal that you get 80% of your business from 20% of your clients. This enables you to focus more attention on the customers that are more likely to give you more business.

The customer support is good and they are currently offering conference calls every other week to take users through different aspects of their offering.

As well, when you sign up, a Revenue Conduit representative will offer you a consultation and support to get you up and running.

This tool is an important part of selling online and I strongly recommend that you sign up for it as soon as possible after opening your e-store.
