CedCommerce Reverb Integration

This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. Had a ticket open that was ignored for two weeks and trying to contact their live support is irritating as they go AFK whenever they feel like.

Edit: Support reached out to resolve the issue and did it with some gusto. The support special worked quickly after diagnosing the issue. Hopefully in the future they continue to practice urgency when resolving tickets.

Highly Recommend this app. The service is top notch. Very fast in replying to any of your needs. Works awesome & very easy to use. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

We had some issues with the initial setup - this was however rectified effectively by the very attentive support team. Great communication and commitment to offering a product that works! Thanks for the continued support.

App works great. When I had an issue with importing the products I contacted them and the problem was solved within a day.
