Ha sido muy útil para enviar mensajes segmentados. Nos ha ayudado a aumentar las ventas en lanzamientos, promociones e información importnate.
¡Nos encanta esta app! En Nook and Scent se ha convertido en una parte esencial de nuestro marketing. Las campañas por WhatsApp nos han funcionado increíble —con tasas de apertura altísimas y muchísimos clics— pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue lo fácil que es crear flujos automatizados. Literal, en minutos puedes tener mensajes para carritos abandonados, confirmaciones, reengagement... ¡todo!
Lo mejor es que sí hemos visto resultados reales: nuestra retención ha subido muchísimo y todo a un costo súper bajo comparado con otros canales. Es una herramienta que de verdad suma al negocio, fácil de usar y con un equipo detrás que responde rápido y te ayuda cuando lo necesitas.
Al principio tuve algunos problemas con la App por ciertas limitaciones en la interfaz y en el diseño de los widgets, no me resultaba tan intuitiva.
Pero el mismo dueño de la App me escribió por correo, me pidió que le contara mis inquietudes y hasta se tomó el tiempo de agendar un llamada para entender bien lo que me pasaba.
Me explicó de manera paciente cómo usar mejor los widgets y cómo sacarle el máximo provecho a la App en general.
También me comentó que están trabajando en futuras actualizaciones para mejorar todo eso.
La verdad, se nota el compromiso del equipo y me encanta la idea detrás de la App. Muy buena atención, mucha innovación y se agradece que escuchen a los usuarios. 100 puntos!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Es increíble , creo que todos los emprendedores deben conocer esta herramienta que es fundamental en la construcción de marca , servicio al cliente y en mi caso el remarketing
Excelente app, no pense que la gente estuviera tan dispuesta a responder, nos ha servido mucho, ademas tuve dudas sobre como agregar las reviews a Google (una cosa es que aparezca en la web y otra en Google) y Juan me ayudo en cada paso, desde la instalacion hasta explicarme, recomendadisimo la atencion al cliente :)
