Me encanta, es mucho más sencillo para mis clientes dejarnos una review y al ser un servicio automatizado nos quita un peso de encima al no tener que estar enviando mails que a veces terminan en spam y el cliente ni los ve.
Espectacular, la mejor app para reviews que conozco y el servicio al cliente impecable, me ayudaron a instalar la app en mi sitio de shopify porque no me había dejado y ellos lo solucionaron perfecto. Si buscas una app de review buena, ya la encontraste!

2. seguramente se vaya a spam
3. piensan que es mas marketing y no lo ven
esto llega directo a su whats, y lo contestan al instante, de mandar 100 correos solo conseguir 5 reviews, con esta consigo un porcentaje muy alto de respuesta
