Get reviews with photos, videos, and audio via WhatsApp. Create marketing campaigns.
Revie lets you get your customers' feedback via WhatsApp and receive photos, videos, and audio of their shopping experience with just one message. Create marketing campaigns and reach your customers where they spend the most time: WhatsApp. Activate flows to recover abandoned carts, win back customers, follow up post-sale, and more. Why is it different? It increases response rates in countries where WhatsApp is the main communication channel and is much more popular than email.
- Send automatic requests for ratings and reviews via WhatsApp
- Your customers can add photos, videos, and audio to their reviews
- Create marketing campaigns on WhatsApp and increase your conversion
- Automated flows to recover carts, win back customers and post-sale follow up
- Shift your marketing efforts from email to WhatsApp
