La aplicación es justo lo que buscaba. La tasa de nuevos reviews es altísima comparada con apps que mandan correo para su recolección. Tuve un inconveniente y se contactaron conmigo directamente para resolverlo. ¡Cualquiera de sus planes sea de pago o gratis, vale completamente la pena!
Dice que la review se envia "inmediatamente" despues de ser marcada como "enviado" pero no se envia nada.
No puedes editar el template sin que pages el plan de $99 al mes.

Excelente app, no pense que la gente estuviera tan dispuesta a responder, nos ha servido mucho, ademas tuve dudas sobre como agregar las reviews a Google (una cosa es que aparezca en la web y otra en Google) y Juan me ayudo en cada paso, desde la instalacion hasta explicarme, recomendadisimo la atencion al cliente :)
No solo es la aplicación que mejor captura reviews en latinoamérica, sino que el servicio al cliente de esta aplicación es muy efectivo. En varias ocasiones tuve que resolver dudas y fue mucho más rápido de lo esperada la atención. Sobre todo quiero agradecer a Juan por ser su comunicación rápida, clara y acertiva sobre mis dudas.
