Review Collect est devenu un outil indispensable pour notre gestion d'avis. Le Smart Redirect est une vraie pépite : il nous permet de nourrir nos différentes plateformes sans aucun effort manuel. Résultat ? Notre note globale a progressé très rapidement.

J'apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de traiter les retours clients en direct avec le support pour protéger notre image de marque et notre relation client. Le dashboard est intuitif, et même si l'on croise parfois quelques bugs mineurs, l'équipe est extrêmement réactive et l'outil évolue constamment. Je recommande vivement !

Application très simple à prendre en main et vraiment efficace. Les premiers résultats arrivent très vite, avec une nette amélioration de nos avis et de notre note.

We've been using Review Collect for a couple of months now. On boarding was simple and the results have been great so far. It's enabling us to effectively keep multiple review platforms up to date in one place. Good stuff!
