The platform looks good and has an OK dashboard that I would consider revising, just to help with navigation. I do think Reviews.IO provides the most value for smaller merchants that may not be able to afford an enterprise-level platform which can be 2X the price or more. We had bumps in the road at first but with the integration complete, we now have a review platform that satisfies google's seller ratings requirements.
I was looking for an option to Yotpo that was less costly but also had robust features and published to Google, Reviews.io did the trick and they helped when I needed it.
Great app, and fantastic customer service! It's massively improved my online store, and the widgets are top notch! This company keeps getting better and better :)
Super helpful team! From setup right through to any updates required Cameron and the team have been awesome. Great app, powerful and well priced for the features.
I have tried 3 other review apps and ended up uninstalling them within a month. I installed reviews.io and was having trouble accessing all of the features. Isaac and Jake were amazing! Extremely patient, knowledgable, and able to fix in 5 minutes what I had tried to do for 2 hours. Customer Service is fantastic, looking forward to using this app and all of its features!

Good platform to collect reviews. More modern, cheaper and more flexible than other "big" competitors.
