We've used Reviews.io for over 2 years now and couldn't be more happier. Great integration with Google, wonderful customer support, and having the reviews on our site has helped tremendously with continued customer repeat orders.
Excellent review app, wonderful support and customer service. Really efficient plug ins and widgets, have enjoyed using this in the business.
Brilliant support from very helpful real people. Easy set up and installation, we've been using them for a couple of years now. I just did a theme update and they were super helpful with it. Mollie was particularly helpful. Thank you! xx

The product is fantastic, and the customer support is second to none. Amador has been there to help get problems solved in a hurry each and every time we run into a roadblock. As integrations continue to become more robust, it's only improving the functionality of the app. Very happy that we made the switch to Reviews.io
Update: A year later and the support continues to be fantastic! Amador continues to knock it out of the park with the support provided.
The staff at Reviews.io were really helpful with communicating with Google on my behalf to get my reviews showing on Google Shopping. This integration with Google Shopping isn't something all reviews platforms offer and it's an awesome way to have your review show up as soon as people search for you! Awesome app.
