Perfect customer support, very fast and very helpful.
Reviews.io gives you everything what you need as an e-commerce shop.
It is easy to implement different snippets in your shopify shop so you can show your customers reviews in different ways. I totally recommend it.
Eine gute App die alles relevante anzeigt und eine einfache Integration mit allen gängigen Themes hat. Vielen Dank auch an Maddox, welcher mit nochmal mit dem Code geholfen hat.

The worst thing is that if we want to export our reviews, we have to upgrade to the 90€ plan, which is insane.
Customer support doesn't answer their emails, and chat is not available.
It's one of the best review apps, but it's highly overpriced—I wouldn't switch to them if I hadn't already.

Once the automated reviews are set-up one can be sure that this topic is crossed of the list.
The support is swift and helpful. Have used them a lot and never had a bad experience.
Some of the features are not optimally efficient yet (like not being able to one-click sort the list of pending invitations for e.g. order numbers or invitation dates) but those are minor compared to having to do that all manually.
So we recommend using reviews.io.

CAUTION!!!
If you want to change the platform you have to at least take the Grow subscription from reviews.io which currently costs $299
You have collected reviews for years and then have to pay for a higher
subscription before you leave just to download the file....
Unbelievable, NEVER AGAIN
We understand your frustrations regarding the subscription fees and the need for a higher-tier plan to export your reviews.
Unfortunately, the Start-Up plan does come with certain limitations including the inability to export reviews.
